“I can only write about the propane refill. The place looks great for storage, though. I went to refill my 40-gallon propane tank but I didn't have a certified inspection sticker on it so they wouldn't do it. I drove a few miles north to Champagne Lakes RV Resort and they filled it up for cheaper..”
