What is the initial cost to rent a space?

  • We prorate the rent depending on the day you move in plus a one time administrative fee of $20.

What do I need to bring to the office during my move-in?

Please provide the following when moving-in:

  • One of the following forms of identification: state-issued identification card, driver’s license, passport, or military ID.
  • Proof of Insurance and registration if storing a Vehicle, RV, Boat, or Trailer.

How are Greens Storage facilities secured?

  • Each Greens Storage property was built with the primary intention of security in mind. Each facility has security cameras, is fully fenced, and has lighting during the evening hours. In addition, you may only enter with your unique gate access code, and on top of that, only during access hours.

Can anybody enter the storage facility or is an access code required?

  • Only customers are allowed on-site. Our facility has an electronic gate system which can only be opened by a unique access code that is assigned to each individual customer.

Can I pay my bill online?

  • Yes, you can pay your bill online via our secure online payment gateway.

Do I need to give you a notice when I am ready to move-out?

What types of vehicles can be stored?

  • RVs, boats, trailers, automobiles, motorcycles, commercial vehicles, semis, and large tractor trailers.

Do you have a dump station?

  • Each Greens Storage property is unique. Please call the facility you are interested in to find out all of the amenities offered at that site.

Do you have a propane station?

  • Each Greens Storage property is unique. Please call the facility you are interested in to find out all of the amenities offered at that site.

Do you have a wash area for my vehicle?

  • Washing or rinsing your vehicle is not allowed on-site by our customers. We work with a few mobile detail and washing companies that are authorized to wash your vehicle on-site, as they will perform the necessary cleanup and mitigation.

Can I work on my vehicle on-site?

  • You are allowed to perform any mechanical maintenance necessary to make your vehicle road ready (change a tire, battery, etc) but no major mechanical work can be performed on-site.

Does your site offer enclosed RV storage?

  • Each of our Greens Storage properties have different amenities and features. Our Valley Center site offers enclosed RV storage units and our Temecula property offers covered RV storage spots.

Can I buy RV or trip supplies from Greens Storage?

  • Yes. We sell various last minute camping and RV & boat maintenance items.
